Great Place, friendly staff and Roxanne is AMAZING, great personality and fantastic with her abilities. Even with my son's hair (which I know is hard to work with on top of the fact that she didn't really have a great starting point to work with since it still wasn't really grown out enough from someone else's previous mess up), it came out better than I was expecting.

Horrible hair cut. Cut too short and unevenly despite explicit instructions. Stylist seemed to be in a hurry and just lost a customer.

Had a stylist named Crystal. She completed my haircut in about 3 minutes. What a hack job. Uneven everywhere, even messed up trimming my eyebrows. I let her know and she didn't seem to care. Such incompetence.
